3. The way in which data is collected on our website

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. This site does not use cookies.

Data processing

The web host of this website automatically collects and saves so-called “log files” on the server rented by wero, i.e. information that your web browser automatically transmits to us. This is:

• Browser type/ version
• The operating system used
• Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
• Host name of the accessing computer (anonymized IP address)
• Data volume transmitted
• Message as to whether the access/retrieval was successful
• Time of the server request

This data cannot be assigned to any specific person by the website operator. This data will not be merged with other data sources, the data will also be erased after statistical analysis. The site operator has concluded a commissioned data processing agreement with Bosbach IT-Services, Dreiner Weg 15, D-51688 Wipperfürth, Germany.

Contact form

If you send us inquiries using the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, are stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The data entered in the contact form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent given (Art. 6 (1) letter a GDPR). You may withdraw this consent at any time. An informal e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.

The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you ask us to erase it, withdraw your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods -remain unaffected.

5. Plugins and tools

Use of Adobe Fonts

This website uses Adobe Typekit web fonts, which are made available via the Adobe package of the creator (programmer) of this website (Thomas Weber, www.tom-e-design.de). Typekit itself is a service offered by Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited (4-6 Riverwalk, Citywest Business Campus, Dublin 24, Republic of Ireland, German hotline: +49 - (0) 89 31 705 0). This service provides fonts on this site that are automatically loaded in the background after a page is viewed on the Adobe servers in the U.S. and then the texts are displayed with this font.

Adobe Systems collects the following data itself:

- ID of the web project
- Web project JavaScript version (string)
- Web project type (string “configurable” or “dynamic”)
- Embed type (whether you are using the JavaScript or CSS embed code)
- Account ID (identifies the customer the web project is from, i.e. Thomas Weber)
- Server serving the fonts(e.g. Adobe Fonts servers or enterprise CDN)
- Host name of the page loading the fonts
- The amount of time it takes the web browser to download the fonts
- The amount of time it takes from the web browser downloading the fonts until the fonts are applied
- Whether or not an ad blocker is installed to help identify whether the presence of an ad blocker affects accurate page view tracking
- Operating system and browser version. Cookies are not set.
